Premium Clean Label Lemon peel paste

A 100% purely natural fruit paste - does not need to be declared in line with the clean label directives. The paste obtains its excellent quality and characteristic taste through the high proportion of lemons and the careful preparation by hand.
Ideally suitable for making bakery and confectionery products such as fillings, mixtures, mousses, desserts and ice cream without having to declare it. Proven in Christmas baking and also in the catering world for flavouring savoury, spicy or exotic soups, sauces and dips.
