Red (food colourant - free of azo-dye)

Karow's red is a liquid food colouring that gives your bakery and confectionery products a strawberry-like colour.

Features

• A liquid, natural, strawberry-red food colouring (does not contain any azo colouring agent)
• Remains stable when baked or frozen; relatively stable towards acids and light
• Suitable for many types of food, bakery and confectionery products, marzipan, decorations and clear jellies
• Has a strong colour: typical strawberry-red (in jellies or drinks) or strawberry-pink (in cream/mousse)
• The 2nd component is a natural food colouring (not a colouring) and therefore provides a higher degree of colour with a lower overall pigment content
• The light stability is tangibly better, the colour is maintained for a much longer time
