Blue powder, oil-dispersible (E 133)

The brilliant blue colouring (E 133) is coated with aluminium salts so that it becomes dispersible in oil. The blue powder is suitable for coloured decorations, coatings and fillings consisting of icings, glazing, fatty creams, chocolates etc. Stir the product well before using it, create a pre-mixed solution, if necessary, to guarantee even distribution.
