Organic turmeric extract

Karow's organic turmeric extract gives your products a lemon-yellow colour.
It is very suitable for preparing ice cream, mousses, cream, many kinds of bakery products, fillings, clear jellies and marzipan. When using the dosage that you require, please remember that food colourings always have their own flavour. This can be masked by using our organic pastes/aromas.
